Products must remain unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all packaging, tags, and labels intact. Any item that has been worn, altered, or cleaned is not eligible for return.  

Return requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery. Items that do not comply with these standards will not be accepted, helping maintain a fair and consistent return process for all customers.  

How to Initiate a Return  

Step 1: Submit Your Request  

Email your return request with your Order ID and reason for return to windytechnology639@gmail.com.   

Step 2: Provide Evidence  

If the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, attach clear photos to help expedite the process.   

Step 3: Follow Instructions  

Once your return is approved, we will provide detailed instructions for returning the product. Returns not meeting the outlined guidelines may be declined to ensure proper handling.  

Refund Process & Timeline  

After receiving your returned item, our team will verify it against the return conditions. Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days, with a confirmation email sent for your records.   
 

Partial refunds may be issued at our discretion when items only partially satisfy the return conditions. This approach allows flexibility while maintaining fairness in processing returns.  

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Product  

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours and include clear images of the item. This ensures a quick review and resolution.   

Upon verification, we will process a replacement or refund following our return guidelines. Our commitment is to provide prompt resolution and maintain customer satisfaction.
