Our delivery network covers nearly all pin codes within India, allowing us to reach customers across cities, towns, and rural regions. Whether you are shopping from a metro or a smaller town, our services are designed to reach you effectively.   
 

Currently, we do not support deliveries outside India. Our logistics system is focused exclusively on domestic orders to guarantee consistency and timely fulfillment.  

Processing Time  

All confirmed orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. During this time, our dispatch team prepares your products with care and ensures they are packed for safe transport.   
 

Once your parcel is ready, it is forwarded to our logistics partners, who handle the final delivery stage. We ensure that each shipment is managed efficiently for a smooth customer experience.  

Delivery Timeline  

Depending on your destination and courier availability, your order should arrive within 3 to 8 working days. Our goal is to ensure fast and reliable delivery without compromising on quality.  

We partner with trusted logistics providers to make sure your purchase reaches you safely and on time, giving you confidence every time you shop with us.  

Failed Delivery  

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to incorrect address details, customer unavailability, or order refusal, the parcel will be sent back to our warehouse. Customers may then request a re-delivery.   

Providing accurate and complete address information ensures quick delivery and avoids any inconvenience caused by return shipments.  

Damaged or Lost Shipments  

If your package arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt, including clear photo evidence of the issue. We will assess the case and resolve it promptly with our courier partners.   

If the parcel is confirmed lost during transit, a replacement or refund will be issued after the courier’s verification process, ensuring fairness and transparency.
